1. Introduction of Editorial Office

The Editorial Office of Journal of Shenyang University of Technology now has 7 full-time editors, including 1 professor, 1 senior editor, 2 associate senior editors, 2 PhDs and 5 with master’s degrees. Since 2002, the editorial staff has undertaken more than 10 funding projects sponsored by the State Administration of Press and Publication, the Education Department of Liaoning Province, Liaoning Province Social Science Planning Fund Office, Liaoning Federation of Social Sciences, Society of China University Journals in Natural Sciences (SCUJNS), National Society of University Journals in Arts and Social Sciences, etc. The editorial staff has published more than 40 articles in editorial studies, and nearly 20 articles are published in CSSCI journals.

In recent years, the editorial office has consecutively won first and second prizes in the editorial knowledge competitions and for outstanding works organized annually in Liaoning Province, and has achieved first place in the province multiple times. The editorial office and the journal have been honored with titles such as Advanced Collective of Science and Technology Journals in National Universities (twice), Advanced Collective of Science and Technology Journals in Liaoning Province, Outstanding Editorial Team of Humanities Journals, China University Outstanding Science and Technology Journal Award (three times), Outstanding Social Science Journal in National Universities (twice), and Outstanding Website of China University Science and Technology Journals (twice). The journal is now a Chinese Core Journal and a Chinese Science and Technology Core Journal. Both the journal and its Social Sciences Edition have been continuously selected as "RCCSE China Core Academic Journals."
