    The influencing factors of capital structure of listed companies of equipment manufacturing industry are studied. Variables are refined and extended to multiple tertiary indicators from two dimensions of macroscopic and microscopic stratifications. The positive, negative and uncertain directional influencing factors of capital structure of listed companies of equipment manufacturing industry in China are found out by factor analysis and multiple linear regression. The influencing direction and degree of each factor are obtained, and the potential reasons of them are analyzed, so as to put forward corresponding suggestions for the optimization of capital structure of listed company of equipment manufacturing industry in China.

    The effective planning of logistics system can improve the operating efficiency and level of logistics, so as to serve equipment manufacturing industry better. Based on analyzing the matching degree of supply and demand between equipment manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Liaoning Province, the functional orientation of logistics system of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province is defined, the functional structure model is established, and the framework structure of logistics system of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province is designed according to the model. The framework includes strategic target system, logistics facility space layout system, logistics information network system, logistics standardization system, logistics technology and equipment support system, and logistics policy and organizational operation system, in order to provide reference for the planning of logistics system of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province.

    Case study is accomplished on Public R & D Promotion Center for Tiexi Equipment Manufacturing Industry Cluster of Shenyang. Based on clarifying the important position, the function orientation, and the construction mode of public R & D center, the construction blueprint of it is demonstrated from two-dimensions of soft environment construction and hard environment construction, and discussions on the construction mode and the feasible path of it are emphasized. Through analysis on the construction blueprint, exemplification is provided for the empirical research on public R & D center in China, and train of thoughts is provided for the construction and development of Chinese characterastic public R & D center, the improvement of independent R & D ability, and especially the improvement of cooperative R & D ability of enterprises.

    According to the goal and requirement of green and environmental friendly products of manufacturing industry, the life cycle process and multilife cycle process are studied. The measurement methods of the time of these two processes are given, and the concept model of green product supervision is proposed of manufacturing industry. The model covers the two processes of green products of manufacturing industry and fully considers the various characteristics of them. Evaluating indicator system, evaluating standard and process are established according to the model from two levels of the whole product and its components. Countermeasures and suggestions of supervision are proposed at last, in order to provide reference for the evaluation and decision-making of relevant departement of manufacturing industry.

    The level of technical innovation is the key factor of improving the total strength and competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry. The combination countermeasures of technical upgrading and scientific and technological innovation of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province are proposed from the perspectives of government and enterprises, and the combination effect of them are analyzed.

    In recent years, the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province achieved rapid development, industrial layout optimized continuously, and the capability of independent innovation improved incessantly. It has become the first pillar industry of Liaoning Province. But there is still big gap with the developing aim of worldclass equipment manufacturing industry base. Some component parts of core and main functions of important equipments still rely on importing, the capability of full series of equipment manufacturing and general contracting is still low, and the level of industrial cluster is low. During the 12th Five-year Master Plan, Liaoning should improve the localization level of products of equipment manufacturing industry, support the enlargement and enhancement of enterprises through merger and acquisition, promote the linkage development with producer services, so as to develop Liaoning Province into world-class equipment manufacturing industry base with outstanding international competitiveness and high integrative assorting ability.

    The development of equipment manufacturing industry has shown a trend of servitization in the world. To promote the process of servitization of equipment manufacturing industry has become an important measure to revitalize equipment manufacturing industry in China. Based on discussing the concept and evolution reason of servitization of equipment manufacturing industry, the input-output method is applied, and the input data of three main service elements of equipment manufacturing industry, transport and storage industry, and education and scientific research industry are selected to analyze the status quo of servitization trend of equipment manufacturing industry in China, the gap between advanced levels in other countries and in China, and the blocking factors of servitization of equipment manufacturing industry in China. Countermeasures are also proposed to promote the development of servitization of equipment manufacturing industry.

Taking it as starting point, the main problems nowadays are analyzed, namely, the short industrial chain and the lack of core technology.     In recent years, the development of equipment manufacturing industry in China has some problems, such as heavy energy consumption, increasing environmental pollution, etc., which restricts the sustainable development of equipment manufacturing industry. The development efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in China from 2005 to 2009 is evaluated by applying data envelopement analysis (DEA) method, from three perspectives of the coordination of development of the industry and the society, the sustainability of energy utilization, and the sustainability of environment. Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed according to the result in order to explore the ecological factors that restricting the development efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in China, and provide quantitative references for management decision-making.

    Equipment manufacturing industry in China belongs to traditional equipment manufacturing industry, whose independent R &D capbility and innovation capability of product are weak, and lack of extension in the field of new type of equipment manufacturing industry. The development factors of equipment manufacturing industry are analyzed, the evaluation indicator sysytem is established, and the SPSS software and principal component analysis are applied to extract four main components to reflect the information of all indicators, namely, the capability of technological innovation, the financial support, the input of personnel training, and the process of industrial system, in order to find the main inflencing factors of equipment manufacturing industry modernization and promote the transformation of traditional equipment manufacturing industry to modern equipment manufacturing industry.

    Liaoning Province is a heavy industry base in China, and the equipment manufacturing industry is the key industry of industrial development in Liaoning Province. The sustainable development of equipment manufacturing industry becomes the key of realizing the sustainable economic development in Liaoning Province. Based on analyzing the status quo of development and the situation of resource and environment of equipment manufacturing industry, four paths to realize the sustainable development of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province under the restriction of resource and environment are proposed, namely, to perfect the laws and regulations, to improve the ability of independent innovation, to optimize the industrial structure, and to develop the new strategic industries.

    The linkage and integration of logistics industry and manufacturing industry is conducive to the development of logistics enterprises and the industry chain upgrade of manufacturing industry. But the integration can not be separated from the guidence, promotion, regulation and limit of the government. Based on analyzing the effect of logistics industrial integration on industry chain upgrade of manufacturing industry and the influence of government, a tripartite game model of government, logistics enterprise and manufacturing enterprise is established, and the Nash equilibrium solution of the mixed strategy of it is analyzed. Strategies of the government are brought forward from two aspects, namely, to establish effective stimulating mechanism and restraining mechanism, and to reduce the asymmetry degree of information, in order to provide reference for the decision-making of relevant departments of the government.

    At present, digital technology has become one of the core driving forces to promote economic and social development of China. The digitalization transformation of manufacturing industry is the focus of the development of the digital economy of China, and digital talents are the main starting point to promote the deep integration of digital technology and real economy. However, at present, problems such as the lack of attraction of talents of manufacturing industry, the structural imbalance between scale and quality of talents, and the mismatch between training in colleges and universities and market demand etc. have become the constraints of digitalization transformation of manufacturing industry.     The level of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in China lags greatly behind that of the advanced of the world. Industrial chain upgrade is the inevitable demand of promoting the competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing industry. The existing problems of industrial chain of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in China is analyzed and researched through discussions from 5 microcosmic perspectives of value dimension, product dimension, supply and need dimension, enterprise dimension, and knowledge dimension. And the industrial chain upgrade of high-end equipment manufacturing industry is analyzed from 3 directions of vertical integration, horizontal integration and cluster integration of industrial chain of high-end equipment manufacturing industry. Conclusion is that the product dimension should integrate vertically, the enterprise dimension should develop the horizontal integration alliance, the knowledge dimension should innovate technologically, and the policy should be understood properly.

    It is of great significance for the innovation and development of platform enterprises to explore the impact of disruptive innovation on the platform ecosystem. Based on the research perspective of modularization theory, taking the short video giant Tik-Tok platform as the research object, the mechanism of impact of disruptive innovation on the platform ecosystem is analyzed. The impact mechanism of disruptive innovation on the platform ecosystem is summarized from three aspects of platform module interaction behavior, innovation structure and platform governance mechanism in combination with the actual situation of Tik-Tok platform. It is found that the impacts of disruptive innovation on the platform ecosystem are as follows: Changing the interaction behavior of modules, improving the internal autonomy of each module, and accelerating the value creation of the platform ecosystem; Simplifying the platform governance mechanism, improving the governance efficiency of the platform ecosystem, and contributing to the stable and benign operation of the platform; Optimizing the platform innovation structure, breaking the bottleneck of platform ecosystem innovation, and further promoting the rapid development of the platform.

    Liaoning Province is an important base of equipment manufacturing industry in China, and Shenyang City is especially the most important part of its development of equipment manufacturing industry. Though inevitable problems of industry safety will appear during the developing process of equipment manufacturing industry, it is necessary to research and analyze the problems of industry safety of equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang City. Empirical analysis is produced from four perspectives of domestic industrial environment, industrial competitiveness, dependence degree of industry on other countries, and industrial control force, which draws the conclusion that equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province is in unsafe status in general.

    Sound analysis on debt financing of listed companies of equipment manufacturing industry in China is accomplished in order to clarify the relationship between company performance and current liability, long-term liability, bond payable, and commercial goodwill. Based on previous studies, by using the multiple linear regression model, multiple performance indicators, debt indicators and control variable indicators are selected to study the influence of debt financing on company performance of equipment manufacturing industry in detail from 3 aspects, i. e., overall debt financing, debt financing term and debt financing type. The result shows that current liability has significant negative correlation with company performance, while long-term liability, bond payable and commercial goodwill have positive correlation with company performance. That provides reference for capital structure optimization of listed companies of equipment manufacturing industry.

    Equipment manufacturing industry is a national basic and strategic industry, whose key of development is talent and technological innovation.     With the development and application of big data, Internet of Things and other new generation information technologies, enterprises at each node of the manufacturing supply chain have successively built their own information systems. However, due to the disunity of development standards, most of the nodal enterprises are still isolated islands of information. Hence, the improvement of the level of data interoperability between nodal enterprises has become the key of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing supply chain driven by the new generation of information technology. However, the co-existence of cooperation and competition between supply chain enterprises makes the data interoperability more complicated in supply chain background. In view of it, a moderating effect model with mediation is built, aiming to study the influence mechanism of data interoperability on manufacturing supply chain performance, and the specific paths of relationship quality and supply chain synergy influencing supply chain performance are identified under the moderating effect of data interoperability. The survey data of 395 valid samples are applied to test the model. The results show that the trust and commitment dimensions of relationship quality have significant positive effects on supply chain performance; supply chain synergy partially mediates between trust and supply chain performance, and between commitment and supply chain performance; data interoperability plays a moderating role in the process of trust and commitment affecting supply chain collaboration; the moderating effects of data interoperability on trust and supply chain performance, commitment and supply chain performance are partially mediated by supply chain collaboration.

Based on grasping the latest research trend of technological collaborative innovation of equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad, the focus and difficulty of related researches are pointed out, and the future research orientation of technological collaborative innovation of equipment manufacturing industry is analyzed and pointed out according to the shortages of exsiting researches at home and abroad.

    High-end equipment manufacturing industry is one of the seven major new strategic industries in China. To promote the technological innovation capability of it can enhance the competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing industry, which is of great significance for the development of high-end manufacturing industry. Based on the general situation of development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province and its enterprises distribution situation, the main innovation achievements and development bottleneck of technological innovation capability of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province is summarized and analyzed. Strategies of improving the technological innovation capability of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province are brought forward from three main aspects, namely, to perfect policy environment, to establish basic platform, and to enhance enterprise cultivation, in order to enrich the theory of technological innovation of high-end equipment manufacturing industry, provide planning proposal for the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of regional economy.

    In recent years, national policies have strongly supported the development of advanced manufacturing industries and promoted high-quality economic development by promoting the agglomeration of advanced manufacturing industries. The agglomeration degree of advanced manufacturing industry in 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China (excluding Tibet, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) are calculated through location entropy, the multiple regression model is established, and the impact of advanced manufacturing industry agglomeration on economic growth are empirically tested. It has been found through research that coastal areas such as Jiangsu, Tianjin, Shandong, and Guangdong etc. have a higher degree of agglomeration, while western regions such as Yunnan, Guizhou, and Qinghai etc. have a lower degree of agglomeration; the agglomeration of advanced manufacturing industries has a significant positive promoting effect on regional economic growth, and its impact on economic growth exhibits significant regional heterogeneity; the agglomeration level of advanced manufacturing industry is the highest in the eastern region, but its promoting effect on the economy of the central region is the most obvious; in regions with better economic strength, the agglomeration of advanced manufacturing industries can better promote economic growth. On this basis, suggestions are proposed to leverage the leading role of advanced manufacturing demonstration zones, and improve the industrial chain of advanced manufacturing industry, aiming to provide recommendations and reference for the development of advanced manufacturing industry agglomeration in China.

    As one of the major countries that manufacturing petroleum equipment, the promotion of competitiveness of petroleum equipment manufacturing industry has vital effect on the promotion of overall competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry in China. According to the status quo of competitiveness of petroleum equipment manufacturing industry in China, Porter’s diamond model is applied, and the inflencing factors of competitiveness of petroleum equipment manufacturing industry are analyzed from 6 aspects, i.e. production element, market demand, development of related industry and auxiliary industry, strategy structure of enterprise and competitor performance in the same industry, government function, and opportunity. The promoting path is proposed for the increase of competitiveness of petroleum equipment manufacturing industry in China at last.
